Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the website (the “Service”) operated by Not2Bad (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Our Terms

Travel conditions when booking at NOT2BAD
The booking is binding as soon as it is completed and payment is to be made according to the payment
terms below.
Invoice (only if payment is made before travel date)
Service charge of 35 SEK per invoice will be added to all bookings

In case of non-payment, NOT2BAD reserves the right to reject the booking so that it will again be
available for others to book.
Payment and terms:
If you book earlier than 30 days in advance, the registration fee of at least 500 SEK will be applied.
The registration fee must be paid within fifteen days from the time we sent the confirmation to you. The
rest of the trip must be paid no later than five days before the agreed arrival date.
If it is less than 15 days prior to arrival date at the time that you book then the whole trip must be paid on
the same day.

What happens if I don’t pay on time?

In case of non-payment, NOT2BAD reserves the right to reject the booking so that it will again be
available for others to book. If you do not pay the registration fee on time, we have the right to cancel
your booking. If you miss the payment of the trip, it counts as a cancellation from your side and then the
rules for cancellation apply.


Cancellation should always be made to Not2BAD. You can cancel orally or in writing to us by mail or
telephone. Cancellation is not counted if done otherwise. We are obliged to confirm your cancellation in
writing by email.
If you cancel up to 15 days before arrival, you will receive the money back exept for the registration fee
of 500 SEK. If canceled later, you will not be refunded. The booking you made is personal and cannot be
transferred to another person.

If something happens to you?

If something happens to you and you cancel between day 30 until arrival, you will receive the money
back exept the registration fee of 500 SEK. But you must be able to identify any of the following causes:
1) death, illness or accident of a serious nature affecting yourself, spouse, partner, family or fellow
2) when there is any other serious event beyond your control, which you could not foresee when
booking and which means that it is not reasonable to request that you stick to your booking, e.g.
extensive fire or flood in your home.
You must be able to prove your obstacle with certificates from eg. doctor, authority or insurance
company. Certificates should be sent to NOT2BAD as soon as possible. Certificates that arrive later than
14 days after the cancellation date will not be taken into consideration.

Force majeure

You and us both have the right to resign from the booking agreement if the trip cannot be provided due

to force majeure such as: wars, natural disasters, fires or other similar major events that neither you nor
we could anticipate or influence.

What rights do I have?

If you have any complaints, you should submit them to NOT2BAD immediately. If we are unable to
correct the error in place, you should submit a written complaint (no later than 14 days after the

What obligations do I have?

You must take care of the apartment that you have booked with us. You are responsible for all damages
that occur on the property and its fixtures being neglected by you or anyone else accompanying you.
You must clean properly before departure. If you miss this we will do the cleaning at your expense. Upon
arrival you may be required to leave a deposit of 300-1.500 SEK for cleaning. You will be refunded the
deposit on departure after the cottage / apartment has been inspected and the cleaning is approved.
Unless otherwise stated, the accommodation is equipped for self-catering and has hot and cold water,
electric or central heating, electric stove, electric lighting, refrigerator, shower and toilet. Bed linen,
towels, final cleaning and firewood are not included, unless otherwise stated in your confirmation. These
services can usually be purchased as an additional service to your accommodation. The housing must
not be occupied by more people than the number of beds given!

What if we do not agree?

If we do not agree, you can contact the General Complaints Board, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. It
consists of an impartial chairman and representatives of tour operators and consumers.

Special terms:

Must not be included without the permission of NOT2BAD and must be stated in the travel documents.
Change of dates
You can rebook your trip to another week during the same period up to 40 days before the agreed arrival
date. The change cost is 300 SEK per person.
Personal travel insurance
Is not included in the price of the trip. Each traveler is responsible for ensuring that sufficient insurance
cover exists. You should include your insurance note on the trip. In connection with illness / accident
NOT2BAD cannot be responsible for home transport.
Age limits
In general, the person who makes the booking must be 18 years of age and that the person who is
booking lives in the object. It is common that everyone in the accommodation is over 18 years if you are
not members of one family. Other rules may apply to specific objects or to individual installations.
Be prepared to show your ID when you check in. It is a requirement from the destination that the age of
the guests are given to the agency before the guests get access to the booked accomodation.
– If the age is not stated at check-in, cancellation policy applies.

Privacy Act

By paying you agree that personal data may be processed by NOT2BAD. The purpose of this is to

enable the usual guest administration, to ensure that NOT2BAD has access to reliable personal
documentation in case of an accident, to fulfill the conditions for cancellation insurance and to administer
and treat any damages. The information may also be used to inform insurance and payment services as
well as travel-related offers. The guests may also be contacted for market research.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Not2Bad and its licensors.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Not2Bad.

Not2Bad has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Not2Bad shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
